Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and myRacing ("we", "us") for using myracing.info and everything on it. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use myRacing.

We've tried to keep them short and readable. The Help & FAQ explains how each page and rating works in more detail.

myRacing is an independent fan project. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. "iRacing" and related names are their trademarks and are used here only to describe the results we analyse.

Your iRacing account, subscription and official ratings are governed by iRacing's own terms, not these.

• You sign in with Google or a passkey. Keep the devices and accounts you sign in with secure: anything done while signed in as you is treated as done by you.
• You may only link an iRacing customer ID that belongs to you. Each iRacing ID can be linked to one myRacing account. If someone has linked yours, contact us and we'll sort it out.
• The details you give us must be accurate, and you must be old enough to hold an iRacing account where you live.
• One person, one account. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.

myRacing is built from race results that iRacing makes available. myRating is our own Elo-style rating for hosted and league racing; it is an estimate, not an official iRacing figure, and it can change when we improve how it's calculated.

We work hard to keep everything correct and up to date, but results can be late, incomplete or wrong, and the "Results synced" date in the header shows how current they are. Everything is provided for interest and entertainment. Don't rely on it for anything where an error would cause you loss.

We keep the name and email address your sign-in provider gives us, your linked iRacing customer ID, your plan, and the preferences you set on My profile. We use them to run your account and show your pages. We don't sell your personal information.

Race results are public on iRacing, and myRacing shows them for every driver, including drivers who haven't signed up. On My profile you can choose whether you appear in competitor search and whether you join community AI rosters.

To have your account deleted, contact us. Deleting your myRacing account doesn't remove public iRacing results from the site.

Please don't:

• scrape, crawl or download the site's data in bulk, or access it with bots or scripts, except the forum signature images, which are made to be embedded;
• copy, resell or republish myRacing's ratings, leaderboards or analysis as your own product or service;
• get around plan limits or feature locks, or share a paid account;
• try to break, overload or probe the site's security, or access anything you aren't meant to;
• use the site to harass, impersonate or mislead other drivers.

Sharing screenshots of your own pages, or linking to the site, is welcome.

• The Starter plan is free. Premium plans unlock extra features, as listed on the Subscription page at the time you buy.
• Premium plans are paid up front for the term you choose (for example 1, 6 or 12 months). Prices are shown in the currency on the Subscription page at checkout. If you buy while a plan is still running, the new term starts when the current one ends.
• Plans don't renew automatically unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
• We may change prices or what each plan includes. Changes never shorten or reduce a term you've already paid for.
• Payments are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we can't provide the service you paid for.

The site, its design, the myRacing name and logo, and our ratings and analysis belong to us. iRacing results and names belong to their owners. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use myRacing as these terms describe, and nothing more.

myRacing is actively developed. We may add, change, move or remove features, and pages marked "Soon" may change before they arrive. We may also pause the site for maintenance, and we can't promise it will always be available.

You can stop using myRacing at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other members at risk. If we close a paid account without good reason, we'll refund the unused part of the term.

myRacing is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from errors in results or ratings, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and for significant changes we'll let members know on the site. Continuing to use myRacing after a change means you accept the updated terms.
